This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your tectake TWAIN adjustable standing desk frame. Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
2. Assemble the crossbars and side supports according to the diagrams provided in the physical assembly instructions. Ensure all screws are securely tightened.
3. Attach the lifting columns to the assembled frame.
4. Mount the control box and connect the motor cables and power cable.
5. Attach the control panel to a convenient location on the frame.
6. Place your chosen tabletop onto the assembled frame and secure it using appropriate screws (tabletop not included).
7. Connect the power adapter to a suitable power outlet.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment:

• Press and hold the UP arrow button to raise the desk to your desired standing height.
• Press and hold the DOWN arrow button to lower the desk to your desired sitting height.
• Release the button once the desired height is reached. The desk will stop automatically.

Memory Function:

The control panel allows you to save up to four preferred height settings.

1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the UP or DOWN arrow buttons.
2. Press the M button. The display will show 'S-'.
3. Within 3 seconds, press one of the numbered buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that preset. The display will show 'S-1', 'S-2', etc., to confirm.
4. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding numbered button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

Collision Protection:

The desk frame is equipped with a collision protection system. If the desk encounters an obstacle during adjustment, it will automatically stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage. Ensure the area around the desk is clear before adjusting the height.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the desk frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Cable Management: Ensure all cables are neatly routed and not pinched or tangled, especially during height adjustments.
• Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 100 kg to prevent damage to the motors and frame.

Troubleshooting

• Desk not moving:
  • Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the desk and the power outlet.
  • Ensure there are no obstacles preventing movement.
  • Try resetting the system by unplugging the power for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in.
• Uneven movement:
  • Verify that the desk is not overloaded and that the weight is evenly distributed.
