  1. Place the device window firmly against your skin. The "ready to flash" indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Press the flash button. A flash of light will be emitted.
  3. Move the device to the next adjacent area, ensuring slight overlap to cover all areas. Do not treat the same area multiple times in one session.
  4. Continue until the entire desired area has been treated.
