This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Yealink BH76 Wireless Headset. Designed for professional communication and high-fidelity audio, the BH76 features Active Noise Canceling (ANC), a retractable microphone arm, and versatile connectivity options.

3. Product Overview
Buttons and LED Indicators

- Power Button: Located on the right earcup.
- Volume Up/Down Buttons: Adjust audio volume.

4. Setup
4.1. Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator will glow green.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator will glow red.
4.2. Bluetooth Connection
The BH76 headset can connect to mobile devices and PCs via Bluetooth.
Connect to Mobile Device:
- Ensure the headset is powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and green alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and select "Yealink BH76" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the LED will glow green, and you will hear "Mobile1 Connected" from the headset.
Connect to PC (via USB Dongle):
- Plug the USB dongle (BT51-A or BT51-C) into an available USB port on your PC.
- The dongle and headset are pre-paired and will automatically connect after insertion. The LED on the dongle will turn solid blue when connected.

4.3. USB Connection (Wired Mode)
You can also use the headset in wired mode by connecting it directly to your PC using the provided USB-A to Type-C cable. This mode also charges the headset.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Call Controls
- Answer Call: Press the MFB or pull out the microphone arm.
- Reject Call: Press the MFB twice.
- End Call: Press the MFB.
- Hold Current Call & Answer New Call: Press and hold the MFB for 1.5 seconds.
- End Current Call & Answer New Call (UC Edition only): Press the MFB.
- Reject New Call & Keep Current Call: Press the MFB twice.
- Redial Last Call: Press the MFB twice (device must support Redial Function).
- Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the Mute button or push in/pull out the microphone arm.
- Adjust Volume: Use the Volume Up/Down buttons.
5.2. Music Controls
- Play/Pause Media: Press the MFB.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button for 1.5 seconds.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button for 1.5 seconds.
5.3. Smart Sensor
The headset features a smart sensor that can automatically pause media when removed and resume when put back on. It can also answer calls automatically when you put on the headset during an incoming call.
5.4. Active Noise Canceling (ANC)
The BH76 offers Intelligent Dynamic ANC with four modes:
- ANC Medium: Provides moderate noise cancellation.
- ANC High: Provides maximum noise cancellation.
- Ambient Sound (Talk Mode): Allows you to hear your surroundings while wearing the headset.
- Off: Disables ANC.
Press the ANC button to cycle through these modes.

5.5. Busylight
The ultra-wide angle visible busylight automatically activates during calls to signal your availability. You can also manually activate it by pressing the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons simultaneously when not in a call.

5.6. Microphone Usage
The BH76 features a retractable hidden microphone arm with five noise-cancellation microphones and Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology for clear voice transmission in noisy environments.

If you have the optional BH76 Wireless Charging Stand, align the middle of the headset's charging area with the charging icon on the stand. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge, providing up to 35 hours of talk time.
