2. Package Contents
Verify that all items are present in your package:
- One (1) set of left and right headlights
- One (1) instruction manual
- One (1) ACC harness
- Two (2) adapter harnesses (for factory reflector version)

3. Compatibility
This VLAND Headlights Assembly is designed for the following vehicles:
- 2019-2024 Dodge Ram 1500 5th Gen (DT) new body headlight models:
- Tradesman (factory halogen)
- Tradesman HFE Bighorn
- Laramie (factory reflector)
- Rebel
- Lone Star
Note: This product is not compatible with old body models, Ram 2500/3500, Classic/TRX/Limited/Longhorn models.

4. Tools Required
The following tools are recommended for installation:
- Trim Pad Remover
- 10mm Wrench
- Ratchet
- 6" long Socket Extension
- 10mm Socket
- 8mm Socket
- Needle Nose Pliers
- Pick Tool
- T25 Torx Bit
5. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to install your new VLAND Headlights Assembly. Professional installation is recommended.
Step 1: Prepare Vehicle
- Raise the hood of your vehicle.
- Remove the twelve plastic fasteners on the radiator upper support cover using a trim pad remover. Then, remove the radiator upper support cover.
Step 2: Remove Grille Trim
- Remove the eight 10mm bolts at the top of the upper grille trim. Then, remove the upper grille trim.
Step 3: Access Headlight Bolts
- Remove the four 8mm bolts on the fender liner.
- Pull away the fender liner and remove the 10mm bolt.
- Grab the edge of the filler panel and pull forward to unseat it. Repeat for the other end and the opposite side of the vehicle.
- Remove the three 10mm bolts at the bottom of the front grille for both sides.
Step 4: Remove Headlight Assembly
- Remove the 10mm bolt at the bottom of the headlight.
- Remove the 10mm bolt at the top of the headlight.
- Disconnect the headlight harness and remove the factory headlight housing.
Step 5: Transfer Components
- Remove the signal light socket, parking light socket, and high and low beam light bulbs from the factory headlight housing.
- Remove the signal light bulb from the signal light socket.
- Reinstall the signal light bulb, parking light socket, and high and low beam light bulbs into the new headlight housing.

Step 6: Install New Headlights
- Connect the headlight harness and seat the new headlight assembly in place.
- Reinstall the 10mm headlight bolt at the top of the headlight.
- Reinstall the 10mm headlight bolt at the bottom of the headlight, and repeat the steps for the opposite side.
Step 7: DRL Wiring (for Halogen Equipped Vehicles)
If your vehicle was originally equipped with halogen headlights, follow these steps for the Daytime Running Light (DRL) wiring:
- Remove the fuse box cover.
- Remove the #35 fuse using needle nose pliers.
- Install the ACC wire fuse into the #35 fuse spot.
- Reinstall the fuse box cover.
- Connect the ACC wire to the LH headlights connector.
- Connect the ACC wire to the RH headlights connector.
- Cable tie any loose wires to secure them.

Step 8: Reassembly
- Reinstall the front grille.
- Reinstall the four 10mm bolts at the top of the front grille.
- Reinstall the three 10mm bolts at the bottom of the front grille for both sides.
- Reinstall the filler panel.
- Pull away the fender liner and reinstall the 10mm bolt.
- Reinstall the fender liner and the four 8mm bolts.
- Reinstall the upper grille trim and the eight 10mm bolts.
- Reinstall the radiator upper support cover and the twelve plastic fasteners.
- Close the hood to complete the installation.

6. Functionality Check
After installation, perform the following checks to ensure proper operation:
- Start the car and verify that the LED light bar (DRL) is working correctly.
- Test the low beam lights.
- Test the high beam lights.
- Test the dynamic turn signal indicators.
