3. Setup

3.1 Unit Placement

• Place the unit on a firm, level surface in a room that requires cooling.

3.2 Window Kit Installation

1. Assemble the window kit panels to fit your window opening. The kit is adjustable up to 82 inches in length.
2. Secure the window kit in the window frame, ensuring a tight seal to prevent air leakage.
3. Attach the exhaust and intake hose adapters to the openings in the window kit.

3.3 Hose Connection

1. Connect the dual hoses to the corresponding ports on the back of the air conditioner unit.
2. Extend the hoses and connect them to the adapters in the window kit. Ensure the hoses are not kinked or sharply bent, as this can restrict airflow and reduce efficiency.
3. Verify all connections are secure to prevent air or heat from entering or escaping the room.

4.1 Control Panel and Remote Control

• Cool Mode: Provides powerful cooling. Set your desired temperature between 60°F and 86°F.

4.3 Temperature and Fan Speed Adjustment

• Use the Up/Down arrows on the control panel or remote to adjust the desired temperature.
• Press the Fan Speed button to cycle through available fan speeds (Low, High).

• Download the NetHome Plus app for Android or iOS from your device's app store.

3. Gently vacuum any dust from the filter. For thorough cleaning, wash the filter under warm running water (no hotter than 104°F / 40°C).
4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling it. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
5. Reinstall the filter and plug in the unit.

5.2 Drainage

The patented auto-drain function automatically exhausts condensate. However, in high humidity environments, manual drainage may be required.

• Locate the drain port at the bottom rear of the unit.
• Place a shallow pan or tray beneath the drain port.
• Remove the drain plug to allow water to flow out.
• Once drained, replace the drain plug securely.

5.3 Storage

When storing the unit for an extended period:

1. Drain all condensate from the unit.
2. Clean the air filter.
3. Unplug the power cord and coil it neatly.
4. Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
