Setup and Installation

This system requires a wired connection between the indoor monitor and the outdoor doorbell for stable power and video transmission. The indoor monitor supports Wi-Fi connectivity for integration with mobile applications.

Wiring Diagram

Mobile App Connection

The system can be connected to either the Tuya Smart APP or Smartlife APP for remote monitoring and control. If you encounter issues with Tuya Smart, try Smartlife APP as their functionalities are similar and Smartlife may offer faster connection speeds in some cases.

Operating Instructions

Indoor Monitor Functions

The 7-inch indoor monitor provides various functions for managing your intercom system. These include transferring calls, monitoring the outdoor camera, two-way talk, unlocking doors, and hanging up calls. The side buttons allow for menu navigation and volume adjustment.

Two-Way Audio and Remote Unlock

When a visitor presses the doorbell, the indoor monitor and your connected mobile app will ring. You can communicate with the visitor using the two-way audio feature. The system also allows you to remotely unlock the door directly from the indoor monitor or your smartphone.

PIR Motion Detection and Night Vision

The outdoor doorbell camera is equipped with PIR motion detection. When motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed, the system automatically records video and captures snapshots. The 1080P HD camera with IR LED lens provides clear images even at night, automatically switching to night vision mode in low light conditions.

Multi-System Expansion

The system supports expansion, allowing connection of up to 2 outdoor doorbells and 2 additional cameras with up to 4 indoor monitors. This provides comprehensive coverage for larger properties.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
