4. Assembly Instructions

Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes for one adult. No additional tools are needed as an Allen wrench is provided.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Refer to the parts list (if provided in physical manual) to ensure all pieces are accounted for.
2. Assemble Side Rails: Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are finger-tight at this stage.
3. Install Center Support: Connect the center support beam(s) and legs to the frame. This provides crucial stability for the mattress.
4. Place Slats: Lay the metal slats across the frame. Ensure the non-slip strips (EVA sponge) are correctly positioned to prevent noise and mattress movement.
5. Tighten All Connections: Once the frame is fully assembled and all parts are in place, go back and securely tighten all bolts using the Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.
6. Final Check: Gently shake the frame to ensure it is stable and all connections are secure.
