4.2. Attaching the Adapter to Your Monitor
This adapter is designed for monitors without VESA mounting holes. The arms clamp onto the monitor's edges.
- Place your monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Position the assembled VESA adapter over the back of your monitor.
- Carefully slide the top two arms over the top edge of your monitor. Ensure the soft padding on the arms protects the monitor's bezel.
- Adjust the arms so they securely grip the top and bottom edges of the monitor. The bottom arms have adjustable screws to tighten the grip.
- Tighten the screws on the bottom arms until the monitor is held firmly in place. Do not overtighten.

6. Maintenance
- Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.

- Inspect the soft padding on the adapter arms for wear and tear. Replace if damaged to prevent monitor scratches.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor feels loose or unstable. | Screws on adapter arms are not tight enough. | Ensure all screws on the adapter arms are securely tightened. Do not overtighten. |
| Bottom hooks do not reach or secure the monitor. | Monitor thickness or bezel height exceeds compatibility. | Verify your monitor's dimensions against the compatibility specifications (1" to 2.75" thickness, 266-412mm bezel height). This adapter may not be suitable for your monitor. |
| Power/video ports are blocked. | Adapter arms are positioned incorrectly. | Adjust the position of the adapter arms to ensure all ports are accessible. The arms can be slightly repositioned along the VESA plate. |
