Setup and Pairing (First Use or Battery Replacement)
Before initial use or after replacing batteries, the remote control needs to be paired with the receiver.
- Install Batteries: Install two AAA 1.5V batteries into the remote control. Observe the positive and negative polarity markings inside the battery chamber. Close the battery cover. The indicator light will flash three times, confirming correct battery installation.
- Initiate Pairing on Remote: Press and hold the frequency key (often labeled 'car select') on the remote control for approximately 2 seconds. The indicator light on the remote will begin to flash.
- Power On Vehicle: Turn on the power supply of the electric ride-on car. The indicator light on the remote control should turn off, indicating successful pairing.
- Troubleshooting Pairing: If the indicator light on the remote does not turn off, the pairing was unsuccessful. Turn off the power supply of the car and repeat steps 2 and 3.
