2. Safety Information

  4. Replace the rubber stopper securely.

3.4 Initial Power-Up and Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure 2 AA batteries are correctly installed in the performance monitor.
  2. The monitor should power on automatically when you begin rowing or by pressing any button.
  3. To pair with a Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet and open the SNODE fitness application. Follow the in-app instructions to connect to the WR66 machine.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Rowing Technique

Proper rowing technique involves three phases: the Catch, the Drive, and the Finish, followed by the Recovery.

  • Catch: Sit with knees bent, shins vertical, arms extended forward, and torso leaning slightly forward.
  • Drive: Push off with your legs, then swing your torso back, and finally pull the handle towards your abdomen.
  • Finish: Legs extended, torso leaning slightly back, handle at your abdomen, elbows past your body.
  • Recovery: Extend arms forward, then lean torso forward, and finally bend knees to slide forward to the Catch position.

4.2 Performance Monitor Usage

The LCD performance monitor displays key workout metrics such as time, distance, strokes per minute, and calories burned. Use the buttons on the monitor to cycle through display modes or reset values.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning
