Maintenance
Cleaning Your TV
To clean the screen, gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-specific cleaning solution. Do not spray liquid directly onto the screen. Clean the TV frame and stand with a soft, dry cloth.
Software Updates
Ensure your TV's software is up to date for optimal performance and new features. You can check for updates via the TV's settings menu (Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now).
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV, try the following basic troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the TV and the wall outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
- No Picture/Sound: Verify that the correct input source is selected. Check all cable connections between the TV and external devices. Restart connected devices.
- Remote Control Not Working: Ensure the SolarCell Remote is charged. Point the remote directly at the TV's remote sensor.
- Network Connection Issues: Check your Wi-Fi router and modem. Restart them if necessary. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password on the TV. For wired connections, ensure the LAN cable is securely connected.
- Picture Quality Issues: Adjust picture settings (Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color). Disable any power-saving modes that might affect picture quality.
