Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the gas stove from its packaging. Inspect for any damage. Keep packaging materials away from children.
2. Placement: Place the gas stove on a stable, level, and non-combustible surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls and overhead cabinets as per local safety regulations. Avoid placing it near flammable materials.

Operating Instructions

1. Before Lighting: Ensure the gas cylinder valve is open.
2. Lighting a Burner:
   • Place your cookware on the pan support over the desired burner.
   • Push down and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the 'ON' position.
   • Immediately bring a lit matchstick or gas lighter near the burner to ignite the flame.
   • Once lit, release the knob.
3. Adjusting Flame: Turn the control knob to adjust the flame intensity. Turn towards the '+' for a higher flame and towards the '-' for a lower flame.
4. Turning Off: Turn the control knob clockwise to the 'OFF' position until you hear a click and the flame extinguishes. For prolonged periods of non-use, also close the gas cylinder valve.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and efficient performance of your gas stove.

• Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the stove to cool completely. Wipe the tempered glass top with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the glass.
• Burners and Pan Supports: Remove the pan supports and burners. Clean them with warm soapy water. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive scrub brush can be used. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
• Drip Tray: Empty and clean the drip tray regularly to prevent accumulation of food particles and spills.
• Gas Inlet: Periodically check the gas hose and connections for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace if necessary.
• Do not immerse the entire gas stove in water.
