Troubleshooting
- Seeds Not Sprouting: Ensure the grow domes are in place during the initial sprouting phase to maintain humidity. Verify that the seed pods are correctly inserted and that the water level is adequate. Contact AeroGarden support if pods fail to sprout after the recommended period.
- Slow Growth: Check that the LED grow lights are functioning correctly and are adjusted to the appropriate height above the plants. Confirm that plant food is being added regularly according to the schedule. Ensure the water reservoir is clean and free of algae.
- Algae Growth: Algae can form if the reservoir is exposed to too much light or if the water is not changed regularly. Ensure the grow deck is properly seated to block light from the reservoir. Regular cleaning is recommended.
- Pump Issues: If the pump is not circulating water, check for any obstructions or blockages. Ensure the pump is correctly connected and the unit is receiving power.
