Setup

1. Battery Installation and Initial Charge

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Volume Control

• To turn the radio ON, rotate the Power ON-OFF / Volume Knob clockwise.
• Continue rotating clockwise to increase the volume.
• To decrease the volume, rotate the knob counter-clockwise.
• To turn the radio OFF, rotate the knob fully counter-clockwise until it clicks.

2. Selecting Radio Band (AM/FM)

• Press the AM/FM Button to switch between Amplitude Modulation (AM) and Frequency Modulation (FM) bands.
• The selected band will be indicated on the display.

3. Tuning to Stations

• Once the desired band (AM or FM) is selected, slowly rotate the Tuning Knob to scan for radio stations.
• The frequency scale on the front of the radio will indicate the current tuning position.
• For FM reception, ensure the telescoping antenna is fully extended.

• Locate the Flashlight & SOS ON-OFF Switch on the side of the radio.
