Getting Started

1. Charging the Earphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge your Twins 3 earphones and charging case. The charging case supports both wired and wireless charging.

• Wired Charging: Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source.
• Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad.

A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours. The earphones provide up to 6 hours of playtime on a single charge, with the charging case extending total playtime to 27 hours.

2. Powering On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earphones will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your Twins 3 earphones to a device:

1. Ensure the earphones are charged and inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earphones will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Twins 3" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the LED light on the earphones will stop flashing.
