Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge your S-Play earbuds and charging case.

• Wired Charging: Connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.
• Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad. Ensure the case is centered on the pad for efficient charging. The LED indicators will confirm charging.

The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the charging case.

2. Pairing with Your Device

• Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing LED lights on the earbuds.
• On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to Bluetooth settings.
• Select "SOUL S-Play" from the list of available devices.
• Once connected, the LED indicators on the earbuds will stop flashing.
• If pairing fails, place the earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The S-Play earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

Tri-Mode Functionality

The S-Play earbuds offer three distinct audio modes to optimize your listening experience.

• Entertainment Mode (Low Latency): Ideal for gaming and watching videos, this mode minimizes audio delay to ensure perfect synchronization with visuals. Activate this mode for the best gaming experience.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings without removing your earbuds, enhancing situational awareness.
• Normal Mode: Standard audio mode for everyday listening, optimizing battery life.

To switch between modes, press and hold the touch control area on the left earbud for 2 seconds. You will hear an audio prompt indicating the current mode.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Earbuds

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• For earwax buildup, gently clean the earbud mesh with a small, soft brush or cotton swab. Do not use sharp objects.
• Avoid using abrasive materials, alcohol, or chemical cleaners.

Water Resistance (IPX4)

The S-Play earbuds are IPX4 water resistant, meaning they are protected from splashing water from any direction.

• Do not submerge the earbuds in water.
• Do not expose them to pressurized water or high-velocity water, such as showering or swimming.
• Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.
