5. Operating Instructions

- Preheat: Allow the machine to preheat until it reaches the set temperature. The display will indicate when the target temperature is reached.
- Prepare Item: Place your item (e.g., T-shirt, mug, hat) onto the appropriate transfer plate or attachment. Ensure it is flat and free of wrinkles.
- Position Transfer: Place your transfer paper or vinyl design onto the item, ensuring it is correctly aligned.
- Swing Away (if applicable): For easier access and safety, utilize the 360-degree swing-away design to move the heating element away from the lower platen.
- Press Item: Swing the heating element back over the item. Press down the handle firmly to apply pressure. The timer will automatically start.
- Remove Item: Once the timer alarms, release the handle and swing the heating element away. Carefully remove the transferred item.

5.2.1 T-Shirt/Flat Item Pressing
- Use the main 15" x 12" flat platen.
- Place the T-shirt or flat item smoothly on the silicone pad.
- Position the transfer design.
- Adjust pressure as needed for the material thickness.
5.2.2 Mug Pressing
- Attach the mug press accessory (10 OZ capacity).
- Wrap the transfer design around the mug.
- Insert the mug into the mug press and close the clamp.
5.2.3 Hat/Cap Pressing
- Install the hat/cap press attachment.
- Place the hat onto the curved platen.
- Position the transfer design on the hat.
- Close the press, ensuring even pressure.
5.2.4 Plate Pressing
- Attach the appropriate plate press accessory.
- Place the plate onto the platen.
- Position the transfer design.
- Apply pressure using the handle.
