1. Safety Instructions

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the oven is connected to a grounded 110V, 1950W power outlet. Do not use extension cords unless absolutely necessary and ensure they are rated for the oven's power requirements. Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.
  • Heat Hazard: The oven surfaces, interior, and components become extremely hot during operation. Always use oven mitts or an insulated handle when opening doors or handling hot items. Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Ventilation: Place the oven in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate clearance around the oven for heat dissipation. Do not block the ventilation holes located on the sides and rear of the unit.
  • Placement: Position the oven on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Keep flammable materials away from the oven.
  • Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the oven during operation and while it is cooling.
  • Intended Use: This appliance is designed for commercial and home baking of pizzas, bread, pastries, and similar food items. Do not use it for purposes other than its intended use.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Inspect the oven for any shipping damage. If damage is found, do not operate and contact customer support.
  3. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes, from the interior and exterior of the oven.

3.2 Placement

  1. Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant countertop or surface.
  2. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clearance on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  3. Avoid placing the oven near water sources or flammable materials.

3.3 Initial Cleaning

  1. Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  2. The pizza stone should be wiped clean with a damp cloth only; do not use soap or immerse in water.

3.4 Power Connection

  1. Ensure the oven's power switch is in the OFF position.
  2. Plug the power cord into a standard 110V, 60Hz grounded electrical outlet. It is recommended to use a dedicated circuit to avoid overloading.

3.5 Initial Burn-Off

Before cooking food, perform an initial burn-off to eliminate any manufacturing odors:

  1. Turn the oven ON.
  2. Set the temperature controls to maximum (350°C / 662°F).
  3. Set the timer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Operate the oven empty in a well-ventilated area. Some smoke or odor is normal during this process.
  5. Once the timer completes, turn the oven OFF and allow it to cool completely.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls Overview

  • Power Switch: Located at the bottom right of the control panel, this switch turns the oven ON or OFF.
  • Temperature Dials: Three dials control the heating elements. The top two dials control the upper and lower heating elements of the top deck, and the third dial controls the heating elements of the bottom deck. Adjust these to your desired temperature (50-350°C / 122-662°F).
  • Timer Knob: Set the cooking duration from 0 to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically shut off when the timer expires.
  • Light Switch: Activates the interior light for viewing cooking progress.

4.2 Preheating the Oven

For best results, especially with pizzas, preheating is recommended.

  1. Place the pizza stone or shelves into the desired deck(s).
  2. Turn the oven ON using the main power switch.
  3. Set the temperature dials to your desired cooking temperature.
  4. Allow the oven to preheat for 15-20 minutes. The indicator lights will turn off once the set temperature is reached.

4.3 Cooking Food

  1. Once preheated, carefully open the oven door using the insulated handle.
  2. Place your food (e.g., pizza on the stone, bread on a shelf) into the oven. Use a pizza peel or appropriate utensils.
  3. Close the oven door securely.
  4. Set the timer for the recommended cooking duration. The oven will automatically shut off when the timer rings. Note: The timer sound may be subtle; monitor cooking visually.
  5. Monitor cooking progress through the viewing window. Use the interior light if needed.
  6. When cooking is complete, carefully remove the food using oven mitts and appropriate utensils.
  7. Turn the oven OFF using the main power switch if no further cooking is required.

4.4 General Cooking Tips

  • Pizza: For crispy crusts, ensure the pizza stone is fully preheated. Cook times vary based on dough thickness and toppings.
  • Even Baking: The independent temperature controls allow for precise adjustment. If one area cooks faster, adjust the corresponding dial slightly.
  • Smoke: Some foods, especially those with high fat content or spills, may produce smoke. Ensure adequate ventilation.

5.1 Cleaning

  3. Interior: For spills or baked-on food, use a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for stainless steel may be used, following the product instructions carefully. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
  4. Pizza Stone: Scrape off any baked-on food residue with a spatula or stiff brush. Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use soap or immerse the pizza stone in water, as it is porous and will absorb liquids, which can cause cracking during future use.
  5. Shelves: Stainless steel shelves can be washed with warm soapy water and dried thoroughly.
  6. Viewing Window: Clean with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.

5.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, ensure the oven is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, protected from dust and moisture.
