4. Setup and Assembly

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Connecting the Gas Cylinder
- Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
- Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder valve. Tighten securely by hand.
- Perform a leak test: Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, turn off the gas, tighten connections, and re-test. Do not operate the grill if a leak persists.
5.2. Lighting the Main Burners
- Open the gas supply valve on the cylinder.
- Push in and turn one of the main burner control knobs to the "HIGH" position.
- Press the igniter button (if applicable) or use a long match/lighter to ignite the burner.
- Once lit, release the knob. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the process.
- Repeat for other main burners as needed.

5.3. Lighting the Side Burner
- Ensure the main grill lid is closed.
- Open the side burner lid.
- Push in and turn the side burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- Press the igniter button or use a long match/lighter to ignite the side burner.
- Once lit, release the knob.

5.4. Temperature Control
Adjust the burner control knobs between "HIGH" and "LOW" to achieve the desired cooking temperature. The integrated thermometer in the lid provides an accurate reading of the internal grill temperature.
