6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your CARD20 PRO earphones, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the charging contacts and ear tips, with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. If charging issues occur, gently wipe off any dust or debris from the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
  • Storage: When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, dirt, and damage.
  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the earphones to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive substances. While they are IPX4 water-resistant, avoid submerging them in water.
  • Charging: Use only the provided USB charging cable. Avoid using third-party cables that may not meet specifications, especially USB-C to USB-C cables, which are not compatible for charging this device.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your CARD20 PRO earphones, please refer to the solutions below:

7.1 Earbuds Not Charging

  1. Check Insulation Seal: Ensure that any protective insulation seals on the earbud charging contacts have been completely removed.
  2. Clean Contacts: Wipe off any dust or debris from the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the charging case. Try inserting and removing the earbuds from the case several times to ensure good contact.
  3. LED Indicator: When earbuds are placed in the case, the red LED on the earbuds should flash. If it does not, the contact is not good. Adjust the earbuds until the red LED flashes.

7.2 Charging Case Not Charging

  1. Change Connection Environment: Try charging the case using a different USB port or wall adapter. Always use the included USB charging cable. Note that USB-C to USB-C cables are not compatible for charging this device.
  2. Use Wall Adapter: Charging from a computer's USB port may result in unstable charging. It is recommended to use a dedicated charging adapter.
  3. Charge Case Only: Remove the earbuds from the case and charge the case alone for about 30 minutes. Then, reinsert the earbuds and check if charging resumes.
  4. LED Indicators: If the 3 LED lights on the case do not flash even after charging, the charging case may be defective.
