- Wheel Maintenance: Periodically check the wheels for any debris or hair that might impede smooth rolling. Clean as necessary.
- Storage: Store your luggage in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Handle stuck or difficult to extend/retract | Debris in mechanism, bent handle tubes, or excessive force. | Ensure the release button is fully pressed. Check for visible obstructions and gently clear them. Avoid forcing the handle. If bent, professional repair may be needed. |
| Wheels not rolling smoothly | Hair, lint, or debris caught in wheel axles. | Turn the luggage upside down and carefully remove any obstructions from the wheels. You may use tweezers or a small tool. |
| TSA lock not opening with correct combination | Combination incorrectly set or dials misaligned. | Double-check your combination. Ensure each dial clicks precisely into place. If still locked, try the factory default (0-0-0) or consult the lock instructions for reset procedures. |
| Zippers difficult to move | Dirt or debris in zipper teeth, or zipper misalignment. | Clean zipper teeth with a small brush. Apply a small amount of zipper lubricant (e.g., wax or silicone spray) if needed. Ensure zipper teeth are properly aligned. |
