Setup

1. Charging the Devices

• Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging ports on both the receiver collar and the remote transmitter.
• Plug the USB end into a compatible power adapter (not included).
• The devices typically fully charge in 1-2 hours. The remote display will show battery status.

2. Assembling the Collar

• Select the appropriate length of conductive contact points (short for short-haired dogs, long for long-haired dogs).
• Screw the chosen contact points firmly into the designated holes on the underside of the receiver unit.

3. Pairing Operation

The receiver and controller are typically pre-paired on dog channel 1 from the factory. If re-pairing is necessary:

1. Operate the receiver: Press the power button on the receiver until the green light flashes.
2. Operate the remote: Briefly press the power button on the remote, then press the static shock button. The blue light on the receiver will turn solid, indicating successful pairing.
3. To change the channel, press the 'CH' button on the remote and repeat the pairing procedure.

Operating Instructions

1. Turning On/Off

• Receiver Collar: Press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns green (On) or red (Off).
• Remote Transmitter: Press the power button on the side to turn on/off the display.

2. Training Modes

The remote offers three training modes: Beep, Vibration, and Static. Use the 'M' button to cycle through these modes.

• Beep Mode: Delivers an audible tone to your dog. (Fixed intensity)
• Vibration Mode: Delivers a gentle vibration. Adjustable from level 1 to 8.
• Static Mode: Delivers a static pulse. Adjustable from level 1 to 18.

3. Adjusting Intensity Levels

For Vibration and Static modes, use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote to adjust the intensity level. It is recommended to start at the lowest level and gradually increase until your dog responds.

4. Remote Safety Lock

Slide the lock switch on the side of the remote to the 'locked' position (padlock icon) to prevent accidental button presses. This is especially useful when carrying the remote in a pocket or bag.

5. Multi-Dog Control

If you are training multiple dogs, use the 'CH' button on the side of the remote to switch between channels (CH1, CH2, CH3). Each channel can be paired with a different receiver collar.

6. Testing the Static Function

To ensure the static function is working, place the LED test light tool over the contact points on the receiver collar. Activate the static mode on the remote; the LED light should illuminate.

• The collar should fit snugly, allowing two fingers to slide between the strap and your dog's neck.
• The contact points must have direct contact with your dog's skin. If your dog has long hair, you may need to trim the hair around the contact points or use the longer contact points provided.
• Periodically reposition the collar on your dog's neck to prevent pressure sores.
• The collar strap is 28 inches long and can be cut to size for a perfect fit for dogs weighing 8 lbs to 120 lbs.
