3. Setup and Assembly

4. Operating the Extendable Feature

4.1. Extending the Table

1. Locate the locking mechanisms or latches on the underside of the table that secure the main tabletop sections. Unlock them.
2. Gently pull the two main tabletop sections apart. The extension leaf, typically stored underneath or folded within the table, will become accessible.
3. Lift and unfold the extension leaf into position between the two main sections. Ensure it sits flush and securely.
4. Push the main tabletop sections back together until they meet the extension leaf, creating a continuous surface.
5. Re-engage the locking mechanisms to secure the table in its extended position.

4.2. Retracting the Table

1. Unlock the locking mechanisms on the underside of the table.
2. Pull the main tabletop sections apart slightly to create space.
3. Fold down or remove the extension leaf and store it in its designated compartment (if applicable).
4. Push the main tabletop sections back together until they are flush.
5. Re-engage the locking mechanisms to secure the table in its compact position.
