3. Installation (Setup)

The GESHENG A8 battery is designed for easy installation and removal from your compatible ebike frame.

1. Step 1: Prepare the Ebike Frame - Ensure the battery mounting bracket on your GESHENG A8 ebike is clean and free from obstructions.
2. Step 2: Slide the Battery In - Align the battery with the mounting bracket on the ebike frame and slide it firmly into place until it clicks securely.

4. Operation

4.1 Power Indicator

The battery features an LED power indicator to display the remaining charge level. Press and hold the power button to activate the indicator.

• 1 Red, 3 Green: 100% Power
• 1 Red, 2 Green: 75% Power
• 1 Red, 1 Green: 50% Power
• 1 Red, 0 Green: 25% Power (Recharge recommended)

4.2 Safety Lock

The integrated safety lock secures the battery to your ebike, preventing unauthorized removal. Always ensure the battery is locked when riding or leaving your ebike unattended.

4.3 USB Port

5. Charging Instructions

6.2 Storage

• If storing the battery for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50-70% capacity.

• Recharge the battery every 2-3 months during long-term storage to prevent deep discharge.
