2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the unit's inlet and then to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
  4. Fill Tank: Close the drain valve. Fill the stainless steel tank with water or an appropriate cleaning solution. Ensure the liquid level is above the minimum fill line but below the maximum fill line.
  5. Insert Basket: Place the cleaning basket into the tank.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Items: Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Ensure items are not overcrowded and are fully submerged in the cleaning solution.
  2. Close Lid: Close the lid of the ultrasonic cleaner.
  3. Set Temperature (Optional): If heating is desired, press the Heating ON/OFF button. Use the TEMP+ and TEMP- buttons to set the desired temperature (e.g., 40°C for general cleaning). Allow time for the solution to reach the set temperature.
  4. Set Cleaning Time: Use the TIME+ and TIME- buttons to set the desired cleaning duration (e.g., 5-10 minutes for light cleaning, up to 30 minutes for heavy-duty cleaning).
  5. Start Ultrasonic Cleaning: Press the Ultrasonic ON/OFF button to begin the ultrasonic cleaning cycle. The unit will operate for the set duration.
  6. End of Cycle: Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the unit will stop automatically. Open the lid carefully.
  7. Remove Items: Carefully lift the cleaning basket out of the tank. Rinse the cleaned items with clean water and dry them thoroughly.
  8. Power Off: Turn off the heating and ultrasonic functions, then unplug the unit from the power outlet.

Note: For optimal cleaning, use a suitable ultrasonic cleaning solution. Tap water alone may not be sufficient for all cleaning tasks.

6. Maintenance

  • Draining: After each use, or when the cleaning solution becomes visibly dirty, drain the tank using the drain valve.
  • Cleaning the Tank: Wipe the inside of the tank with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. For stubborn residue, a mild detergent can be used. Rinse thoroughly.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Avoid getting water into the control panel or electrical components.
  • Storage: Store the unit in a clean, dry place when not in use.
  • Descaling (Periodically): If hard water is used, mineral deposits may accumulate. Descale the tank periodically using a mild descaling solution designed for stainless steel, following the solution's instructions.
