1. Product Overview

2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Drawers and Filing

The cabinet features one small top drawer and one larger bottom drawer. The top drawer is lockable for securing valuables.

• Opening/Closing Drawers: Gently pull or push the metal handles to open and close the drawers. The drawers are equipped with steel ball slides for smooth 100% extension.
• Locking the Top Drawer: Insert the key into the lock on the top right-hand corner of the top drawer and turn to secure. Remove the key after locking.
• File Storage: The large bottom drawer is designed for A4 and US letter-size suspension filing. Two movable file bars are provided to accommodate different file sizes. Adjust the position of these bars as needed.

5.2 Mobility and Stability

The cabinet is equipped with four smooth-rolling wheels for easy movement. Two of these wheels have built-in brakes for stability.

• Moving the Cabinet: Ensure wheel brakes are disengaged. Gently push the cabinet to its desired location.
• Securing the Cabinet: Once in position, press down on the levers of the two braked wheels to engage the brakes, preventing the cabinet from rolling.

6. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
• Weight Capacity: Adhere to the maximum weight capacities for the top board, shelf, and drawers as specified in the 'Specifications' section to prevent structural damage.
• Material Durability: The cabinet is constructed from MDF and particle board, designed to be waterproof and resistant to slight scratches.

7. Troubleshooting

• Drawers not opening/closing smoothly: Check for obstructions in the drawer slides. Ensure the cabinet is on a level surface. Verify that the drawer slides are properly aligned and secured.
• Cabinet wobbles: Ensure all assembly screws are tightened. Verify that the cabinet is on a level surface. Adjust the position of the wheels if necessary to ensure even contact with the floor.
• Lock mechanism not working: Ensure the key is fully inserted and turned correctly. Check for any debris or damage in the lock cylinder.
• Difficulty during assembly: Refer to the detailed instruction manual provided. Ensure all parts are correctly oriented before tightening screws. Do not overtighten screws, especially into particle board, to avoid stripping.
