Making Crepes
- Prepare your crepe batter according to your recipe.
- Once the Crepe Maker is preheated (Ready light is on), pour a small amount of batter (approximately 1/4 cup) onto the center of the griddle.
- Immediately use the included batter spreader to spread the batter evenly in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outwards, to form a thin, round crepe.
- Cook for 30-60 seconds, or until the edges begin to brown and the surface appears set.
- Use the included spatula to gently lift and flip the crepe. Cook for another 15-30 seconds on the second side.
- Remove the cooked crepe and place it on a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.

Versatile Cooking Options

- Pancakes: Pour small amounts of pancake batter directly onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
- Eggs: Crack eggs directly onto the preheated griddle for fried eggs. For scrambled eggs, whisk eggs in a bowl and pour onto the griddle, stirring gently as they cook.
- Bacon: Lay bacon strips directly on the griddle. Cook to desired crispness, flipping as needed.
- Quesadillas: Place a tortilla on the griddle, add cheese and other fillings to one half, fold the other half over, and cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown.
- Blintzes: Cook thin blintz wrappers, then fill and fold as desired.
