Figure 3: Full Plug-in Flat Cables. This diagram illustrates the various power cables included with the unit, including CPU 4+4PIN, Motherboard 20+4PIN, PCI-E 6+2PIN, SATA power cables, and IDE power cables, along with their typical lengths.

  • Main Power Connection: Connect the 20+4PIN ATX power cable from the integrated power supply to the motherboard's ATX24 PIN connector.
  • CPU Power Connection: Connect the 4+4PIN CPU power cable to the motherboard's CPU power connector.
  • Graphics Card Power: Connect the 6PIN PCIE X16 power sockets on the motherboard to the corresponding power inputs on your graphics cards using the provided PCI-E 6+2PIN cables. Ensure all graphics cards receive adequate power.
  • Storage Power: Connect SATA power cables to your SATA storage devices.
  • Front Panel Connections: Connect the POWER LED, POWER SW, HDD LED, and RESET SW cables from your chassis to the corresponding pins on the motherboard (refer to Figure 1).
  • USB and Network: Connect USB devices to the USB2.0 ports and an Ethernet cable to the Gigabit RJ45 network port.

3. Initial Power On

After all components and cables are securely connected, connect the main power cord to the power supply and a wall outlet. Press the power button on your chassis to start the system. Monitor for initial boot-up and display output.

Operating Instructions

Once the system is powered on and the operating system is loaded, you can proceed with configuring your mining software. Ensure all graphics card drivers are installed and up to date for optimal performance.

  • System Monitoring: Regularly monitor the temperature of your graphics cards and the motherboard to prevent overheating. Ensure adequate airflow within your mining rig.
  • Software Configuration: Install and configure your preferred mining software (e.g., NiceHash, PhoenixMiner, Claymore's Dual Miner). Refer to the software's documentation for specific setup instructions.
  • Power Management: The integrated power supply is designed for high efficiency. Avoid overloading the power supply by exceeding the maximum rated wattage.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and stable operation of your mining hardware.

  • Dust Removal: Periodically clean dust from the motherboard, graphics cards, and power supply fans using compressed air. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • Fan Inspection: Check that all fans (CPU fan, system fans, power supply fan) are spinning freely and are not obstructed.
  • Cable Check: Ensure all power and data cables remain securely connected.
  • Environmental Control: Operate the system in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment to prevent heat buildup and moisture damage.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
System does not power on.Loose power cables, faulty power supply, incorrect front panel connections.Check all power connections (20+4PIN, 4+4PIN CPU, PCIe power). Verify front panel power switch connection. Ensure power outlet is functional.
No display output.Graphics card not seated properly, faulty display cable, incorrect monitor input.Reseat graphics cards. Check display cable connection to monitor and GPU. Ensure monitor is on correct input.
