Contact Sensor (Transmitter)
The sensor consists of two parts: the main transmitter unit and a smaller magnetic strip. When these two parts are separated (e.g., by an opening door or window), the transmitter sends a signal to the receiver, triggering the chime.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Chime Tone
The receiver has a "Music Note" button to cycle through 58 available chime tones. Press the button repeatedly to preview different tones. To select a tone, press the button once and then wait for the tone to finish. The last tone played will be set. To quickly cycle through tones, press the button again before the current tone finishes.
To go back to a previously heard tone, hold the "Music Note" button down for a few seconds until you hear a beep, then release. This will reverse the tone selection order.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The contact sensor uses one standard AAA battery. With ultra-low-power design, the battery can last approximately 18 months to 2 years. When the sensor's performance degrades or it stops transmitting, replace the AAA battery, ensuring correct polarity.
Cleaning
Wipe the receiver and sensor units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the units in water.
Troubleshooting
- Receiver does not chime when door opens:
- Ensure the receiver is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check the sensor battery. Replace if necessary.
- Verify the distance between the sensor and receiver is within the 500 FT range. Walls and other obstructions can reduce range.
- Confirm the sensor and magnet are correctly aligned and within 1 cm when the door is closed.
- Check if the receiver volume is set to mute. Adjust the volume level.
- If the units have become unpaired, follow the re-pairing instructions (refer to the full PDF manual if needed).
- Difficulty changing chime tone:
- Press the "Music Note" button quickly to cycle through tones. If you pause too long, it will replay the current tone.
- To reverse the tone order, hold the "Music Note" button for a few seconds until a beep is heard.
- Difficulty adjusting volume:
- Press the "Volume" button quickly to cycle through the 5 volume levels.
- The system cycles from mute, up through the levels, then makes a two-beep sound, and goes back down.
