Setup Guide

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the right earbud and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.

2. Power On/Off

• Power On: At off status, long touch the Multifunction Button (MFB) for 2 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
• Power Off: At on status, long touch the MFB button for 4 seconds. The red light stays on for 2 seconds before turning off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Long touch the MFB button for 2 seconds to power on. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "DACOM Athlete" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid blue, or turn off depending on the model.

Operating Instructions

The DACOM headphones feature a Multifunction Button (MFB) on the right earbud for various controls. Please note: These sport earphones CANNOT control the VOLUME through the headset.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: While IPX7 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion in water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before exposure to water. After exposure to water, allow the headphones to dry completely before charging.
• Storage: Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
