Follow these steps to safely install or replace the pyrography nibs in your YIHUA 907P pen:

  1. Ensure Power is Off: Always ensure your pyrography station is turned off and unplugged before handling the pen or nibs. Allow the pen to cool completely if it has been in use.
  2. Unscrew Nib Holder: Gently unscrew the black plastic cap at the tip of the pen to expose the nib terminals.
  3. Loosen Terminal Screws: Use a small screwdriver to slightly loosen the two screws on the metal terminals where the nib will be inserted. Do not remove the screws completely.
  4. Insert Nib: Carefully insert the ends of your desired wire-nib into the two terminal holes. Ensure the nib is seated firmly and evenly.
  5. Tighten Terminal Screws: Tighten the two screws to secure the nib in place. Ensure the connection is firm but do not overtighten, as this can damage the nib or terminals.
  6. Replace Nib Holder Cap: Screw the black plastic cap back onto the pen tip until it is snug.
  7. Connect Pen to Station: Align the pen's connector with the corresponding port on your YIHUA pyrography station and push firmly until it clicks into place.
