3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unboxing and Components

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present before proceeding with assembly.

3.2 Powering the Feeder

The feeder supports dual power supply for reliability.

• Power Adapter: Connect the provided power adapter to the feeder and a wall outlet.
• Battery Backup: For power outage protection, insert 3 alkaline D-size batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit. It is recommended to use both power sources simultaneously.

3.3 Assembly and Initial Fill

1. Attach the two stainless steel bowls to the base of the feeder. The 2-way splitter should be in place for dual feeding.
2. Open the top lid of the food hopper.
3. Pour dry pet food into the 6L transparent hopper. Ensure the kibble size is appropriate (0.19”-0.47”).
4. Close the lid securely, ensuring the desiccant box is properly placed to keep food fresh.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting Up Feeding Schedule

The ergonomic control panel allows for easy programming of meal times and portions.

1. Set Current Time: Use the clock icon button to adjust the current time on the display.
2. Program Meals: Press the "MEAL" button to cycle through meal numbers (1-6). For each meal, use the time setting buttons to set the desired feeding time.
3. Set Portions: After selecting a meal time, press the "Portion" button (bowl icon) to adjust the number of portions (1-24) for that specific meal. One portion is approximately 5g.
4. Repeat for all desired meals. The feeder will automatically follow the programmed schedule daily.

4.2 Customized Meal Call

Record a personalized 10-second voice message to call your pets at feeding times.

1. Press and hold the "MIC" button (microphone icon) until the indicator light turns on.
2. Record your message. Release the button when finished.
3. The recorded message will play at each scheduled feeding. You can disable the sound by pressing the "MIC" button twice.

4.3 Manual Feeding

To dispense food manually at any time, simply press the manual feed button on the control panel. This will dispense one portion of food.

5.1 Cleaning the Feeder

• The food hopper, food trays, and tank base are completely removable and can be placed on the top-rack of a dishwasher for easy cleaning.
• The conveyor system should be hand washed separately.
