2. Safety Information

  • Hot Surface: The heating plate can reach high temperatures. Always use caution and avoid direct contact with the heated surface when loading or unloading food. Use pot holders or gloves if necessary.
  • Electrical Safety: Do not immerse the heating plate or electrical components in water. Disconnect from the power source before cleaning. Do not use damaged power cords or plugs.
  • Container Use: Ensure containers are heat-resistant and have a flat bottom. While some plastics are compatible, exercise caution to prevent melting or warping.
  • Children and Pets: Do not allow children or pets to play with or around the device.
  • Empty Operation: Do not plug in the device when there isn't a container on the plate.
  • Automatic Temperature Control: The device features automatic temperature control to prevent overheating and drying out food. However, always monitor the cooking process.

4. Setup

  1. Place Heating Plate: Insert the removable heating plate into the bottom of the insulated oven bag.
  2. Connect Power Cord: Select the appropriate power cord (12V/24V for car/truck or 110V for wall outlet) and plug it into the designated port on the heating plate.
  3. Route Cord: Guide the power cord through the designated opening in the bag.
  4. Prepare Food: Place your food in a compatible, heat-resistant container.
  5. Position Container: Place the food container directly onto the heating plate inside the bag.

5. Operating Instructions

The Aotto Portable Oven is designed for ease of use with automatic temperature control. No monitoring is required once plugged in.

  1. Plug In: Connect the power cord to the selected power source (car lighter port or wall outlet). A red indicator light on the car adapter will illuminate when connected.
  2. Heat/Cook: The heating plate will begin to warm up immediately.
  3. Wait: Allow sufficient time for your food to reach the desired temperature. Reheating leftovers typically takes less time than cooking raw food. For cooking raw food, allow approximately 1-2 hours depending on the food type and quantity.
  4. Enjoy: Once heated, carefully remove your food container and enjoy your meal.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and hygiene of your Aotto Portable Oven.

  2. Clean Heating Plate: The heating plate can be removed. Wipe it down with a damp cloth or paper towel using a mild cleaner. Do NOT immerse the heating plate in water.
  3. Clean Oven Bag: Wipe the interior and exterior of the insulated bag with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or immerse the bag in water.
