Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels. Keep packaging for storage or disposal.
- Cleaning: Before first use, clean the fryer bowl and frying tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 110V electrical outlet.
- Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): To eliminate any manufacturing odors, run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place the food you wish to cook into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation.
- Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial to your desired cooking temperature, ranging from 80°C to 200°C (176°F to 392°F).
- Set Timer: Turn the timer dial to the required cooking time, up to 60 minutes. The appliance will automatically start heating. The power indicator light and heating indicator light will illuminate.
- Cooking Process: During cooking, the heating indicator light may turn on and off, indicating that the appliance is maintaining the set temperature.
- Shaking/Turning Food: For even cooking, especially for smaller items, pull out the basket halfway through the cooking time and gently shake or turn the food. Then, slide the basket back in. The air fryer will resume cooking.
- Completion: When the timer reaches zero, an audible alert will sound, and the appliance will automatically shut off. The power indicator light will turn off.
- Remove Food: Carefully pull out the frying basket using the cool-touch handle. Place it on a heat-resistant surface. Use tongs to remove the cooked food.
- Cool Down: Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning or storing.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Clean Fryer Bowl and Tray: The removable frying basket and tray are non-stick and dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, use hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use metal scouring pads or harsh abrasive cleaners.
- Clean Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, use a mild detergent.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food particles.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.
