• 🔋 (Flashing): Batteries are low.
• 🔋 (Solid): Batteries are depleted.

4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery cover on the back of the scale.
2. Insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery cover securely.

4.2. OMRON Connect App Installation

To utilize the Bluetooth connectivity features, download the free OMRON Connect app:

• Search for "OMRON Connect" in the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
• Install the app and create an account or log in.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
2. Open the OMRON Connect app and navigate to the device pairing section.
3. On the scale, press and hold the [Bluetooth] button on the back until the Bluetooth symbol flashes on the display.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions in the OMRON Connect app to complete the pairing process. The OK symbol will flash on the scale's display upon successful pairing.

5.1. Taking a Measurement

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
2. Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show "0.0".
3. Step onto the scale barefoot, standing still with your weight evenly distributed.
4. Wait for the measurement to stabilize. Your weight will be displayed.
5. Step off the scale. The measurement will remain on the display for a few seconds before turning off.

5.2. Using with OMRON Connect App

After pairing, your measurements will automatically sync to the OMRON Connect app when the app is open and Bluetooth is active on your device. If a measurement does not sync immediately, you can manually initiate a transfer within the app or re-pair the device if necessary.

The scale has a built-in memory to store up to 30 readings for one user. These readings can be transferred to the app when a connection is established.

• Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
• Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
