1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your VEVOR Pottery Wheel. Please read it thoroughly before initial use and retain it for future reference. 2. Safety Instructions

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the machine:

  • Keep hands and loose clothing away from the rotating wheel during operation.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
  2. Placement: Place the pottery wheel on a stable, flat, and dry surface. The reinforced pads at the bottom ensure stability and protect your floor.
  3. Basin Installation: Ensure the detachable ABS water basin is correctly seated around the turntable. It is designed to prevent mud from eroding the fuselage.
  4. Foot Pedal Connection: Connect the foot pedal to the designated port on the main unit.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 110V/220V outlet. Ensure the earth leakage protection device is functioning correctly before use.

5. Operating Instructions

The VEVOR Pottery Wheel offers flexible control for various pottery techniques.

  1. Power On: Turn on the main power switch on the control panel. The indicator light should illuminate.
  2. Direction Selection: Use the FOR/OFF/REV switch to select the desired rotation direction (Forward or Reverse).
  3. Speed Control: Press the foot pedal to start the turntable rotation. The speed can be smoothly adjusted from 0-300 r/min by varying the pressure on the foot pedal.
  4. Working with Clay: Place your clay on the center of the 11-inch aluminum alloy turntable. Use the foot pedal to control the speed as you shape your pottery.
  5. Low Noise Operation: The 350W efficient motor operates with low noise, typically less than 60dB, providing a comfortable working environment.
  6. Shaping Tools: Utilize the included 16-piece carving tool set for refining your designs. Wear the waterproof apron to protect your clothing from clay.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your pottery wheel.

  • Cleaning the Basin: The detachable ABS water basin can be easily removed for thorough cleaning after each use. This prevents mud buildup and ensures hygiene.
  • Turntable Cleaning: Wipe down the aluminum alloy turntable with a damp cloth to remove any clay residue.
  • General Cleaning: Keep the main unit and control panel clean and dry. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the pottery wheel in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting
