2. Safety Information
Important Precautions:
- DO NOT watch the screen while driving. Failure to do so may result in serious accidental bodily injury or even death.

5. Installation
5.1 Mounting the Device
The device comes with a strong suction mount for secure attachment to your dashboard or windshield. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry before installation.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the back of the display unit.
- Choose a suitable location on your dashboard or windshield that does not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls.
- Press the suction cup firmly against the chosen surface and engage the locking mechanism to secure it.
- Adjust the angle of the display for optimal viewing. The bracket is detachable, allowing for alternative mounting solutions if desired (e.g., CD slot or cup holder mounts, purchased separately).
5.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided power cable to the device and plug the car cigarette charger into your vehicle's 12V power outlet.

6. Initial Setup and Connectivity
6.1 Powering On and System Boot
Once connected to power, the device will automatically power on. Allow a few moments for the system to boot up and display the main interface.
6.2 Wireless Apple CarPlay Setup
To connect your iPhone wirelessly:
- On the CarPlay screen, select the 'Apple CarPlay' icon.
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
- Search for and select the device named 'DriveLink-BT-XXXX' (where XXXX is a unique identifier).
- Confirm the pairing code on both devices.
- Once Bluetooth is paired, your iPhone will automatically establish a Wi-Fi connection for CarPlay functionality.

6.3 Wireless Android Auto Setup
To connect your Android phone wirelessly:
- On the CarPlay screen, select the 'Android Auto' icon.
- On your Android phone, ensure Android Auto is installed and open Settings > Bluetooth.
- Search for and select the device named 'DriveLink-BT-XXXX'.
- Confirm the pairing code on both devices.
- Once Bluetooth is paired, your Android phone will automatically establish a Wi-Fi connection for Android Auto functionality.
6.4 MirrorLink Functionality
The device supports MirrorLink for both iOS (AirPlay) and Android (Autolink) devices, allowing you to mirror your phone's screen onto the display. This can be done via wired or wireless connection. For wireless Android Autolink, Android 9 or above is required.
6.5 Audio Output Options
You have several options for audio output:
- Built-in Speakers: The device has integrated dual stereo speakers.
- AUX Cable: Connect the provided AUX cable from the device's AUX-OUT port to your car's AUX-IN port for optimal sound quality.
- FM Transmitter: Transmit audio wirelessly to your car's radio via FM. Select an unused FM frequency on the device and tune your car radio to the same frequency.

7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Touchscreen Interface
Navigate the device using the responsive 7-inch HD touchscreen. Tap icons to open applications, swipe to scroll, and use pinch-to-zoom for maps.
7.2 Using Apple CarPlay / Android Auto
Once connected, your phone's compatible applications will appear on the display. You can access:
- Navigation: Use your preferred map application (e.g., Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze).
- Music & Audio: Stream music, podcasts, and audiobooks from your favorite apps (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music).

7.3 Voice Control

8. Maintenance
