4. Assembly Instructions (Setup)

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Yaheetech Industrial Bathroom Floor Cabinet. For visual guidance, please refer to the official installation video below.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

1. Prepare Drawer Slides: Separate the inner and outer rails of the ball bearing slides. Attach the inner rails (T-1) to the side panels of the drawers (Part 14) using screws (Part P). Attach the outer rails (T-2) to the main cabinet side panels (Part 5) using screws (Part M). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the video.
2. Assemble Drawers: Connect the front panel (Part 13) to the side panels (Part 14) of each drawer using dowels (Part O) and screws. Slide the bottom panel (Part 17) into the grooves. Secure the back panel (Part 16) to complete each drawer. Attach the small black knobs (Part N) to the front of each drawer.
3. Assemble Main Cabinet Frame: Attach the metal side frames (Part 11) to the bottom wooden panel (Part 1) using screws (Part D). Ensure the adjustable foot pads (Part E) are attached to the bottom of the metal frames.
4. Install Internal Panels: Insert the vertical and horizontal wooden panels (Parts 6, 9) into the main cabinet frame, securing them with dowels (Part Q) and cam locks. Ensure the pre-drilled holes for the adjustable shelf pins are facing the correct direction.
5. Attach Top Panel: Place the top wooden panel (Part 2) onto the assembled frame, aligning the holes. Secure it using screws (Part N) and cam locks.
6. Install Magnetic Catch: Attach the magnetic catch (Part J) to the inside of the top panel and the corresponding metal plate (Part L) to the inside of the cabinet door.
7. Install Cabinet Door: Attach the hinges (Part K) to the cabinet door (Part 19) and then secure the door to the main cabinet frame. Ensure the door swings freely and closes securely with the magnetic catch.
8. Insert Drawers: Carefully slide the assembled drawers into their respective slots, ensuring the ball bearing slides engage smoothly.
9. Install Adjustable Shelf: Insert the shelf pins into the desired height holes within the cabinet compartment. Place the adjustable shelf (Part 18) onto the pins.
10. Attach Anti-Tip Device: For safety, attach the anti-tip device to the top back of the cabinet and secure it to a wall stud using appropriate wall anchors (not included, but typically provided with the kit).

5. Operating Instructions

• Drawers: Pull the drawers gently using the concave openings to access contents. Push firmly to close until the ball bearing slides fully retract.
• Cabinet Door: Use the black round knob to open and close the cabinet door. The magnetic catch will hold the door securely when closed.
• Adjustable Shelf: To adjust the height of the internal shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf, remove the four shelf pins, reposition them into the desired holes, and then place the shelf back onto the pins.
• Top Surface & Open Shelf: Utilize the spacious tabletop and open shelf for frequently accessed items, decorative pieces, or additional storage.
