4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Common Issues and Solutions

  • No Display Output: Ensure all display cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C) are securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor. Verify the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
  • No Audio Output (e.g., via HDMI): Check your operating system's sound settings to ensure the correct audio output device is selected. Update audio drivers from the manufacturer's website. If using HDMI, ensure the display device's audio is not muted.
  • Network Connectivity Problems: For Wi-Fi, ensure the antennas are properly connected (if external) and the correct network is selected. For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable and ensure network drivers are up to date.
  • System Slowdown: Check the LCD display for high CPU, RAM, or SSD usage. Close unnecessary applications. Ensure the system has adequate ventilation. Consider upgrading RAM or SSD if performance issues persist.

For persistent issues, consult the detailed troubleshooting section of the full user manual or contact customer support.
