2. Package Contents

3. Setup
3.1 Connecting the Headset
The Titan Gaming Headset utilizes a 3.5mm jack for audio and microphone functions, and a USB connection for RGB LED lighting. An adapter is provided for versatile connectivity.
- For Audio and Microphone (3.5mm Jack):
- Locate the 3.5mm audio jack (green) and microphone jack (pink) on your device (PC, laptop, console controller with separate ports).
- Connect the corresponding plugs from the headset's adapter into these ports.
- If your device has a single combined 3.5mm audio/mic port, use the provided adapter to combine the green and pink plugs into a single 3.5mm plug, then insert it into your device.
- For RGB LED Lighting (USB):
- Connect the USB plug from the headset's adapter into an available USB port on your PC, laptop, or gaming console.
- The RGB lighting will activate automatically upon successful USB connection.
3.2 Microphone Positioning
The headset features an omni-directional, foldable boom microphone. For optimal voice clarity:
- Gently adjust the microphone boom so that the microphone is positioned approximately 2-3 centimeters (1 inch) from your mouth.
- Ensure the microphone is not directly in front of your mouth to avoid plosive sounds.
- When not in use, the microphone can be folded upwards and away from your face.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Volume Control
The headset features an in-line controller on the cable for convenient audio adjustments:
- Volume Up: Slide the volume rocker switch upwards.
- Volume Down: Slide the volume rocker switch downwards.
4.2 Microphone Mute
To mute or unmute the microphone:
- Locate the mute switch on the in-line controller.
- Slide the switch to the "Mute" position to disable the microphone.
- Slide the switch back to the "Unmute" position to enable the microphone.
4.3 RGB LED Lighting
The headset's RGB LED lighting is powered via the USB connection. Once the USB plug is connected to a powered USB port, the RGB lighting will illuminate automatically, providing a rainbow effect.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Ear Cushions: Gently wipe the ear cushions with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Allow to air dry completely before use.
- Headset Body: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe down the headset's frame and earcups. Do not immerse the headset in water or any cleaning solutions.
- Microphone: Use a soft, dry brush or cloth to remove any dust or debris from the microphone grille.
5.2 Storage
- Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

- When storing, ensure the cable is not tightly coiled or kinked to prevent internal wire damage.

- No Audio Output:

- Check the in-line volume controller and ensure it is turned up.
- Verify your device's audio settings (e.g., Windows Sound Settings, console audio output) are configured to use the headset as the output device.
- Test the headset on another device to rule out a device-specific issue.
- Microphone Not Working:
- Ensure the 3.5mm microphone jack (pink) is fully inserted into the correct port on your device, or that the combined adapter is correctly connected.
- Check the in-line mute switch and ensure the microphone is not muted.
- Verify your device's microphone settings (e.g., Windows Sound Settings, console input device) are configured to use the headset's microphone.
- Ensure the microphone boom is properly positioned and not folded away.
- RGB LED Lights Not Illuminating:
- Ensure the USB plug is securely connected to a powered USB port on your device.
- Try connecting the USB plug to a different USB port.
- Crackling or Distorted Audio:
- Ensure all 3.5mm and USB connections are secure and free from debris.
- Test the headset with a different audio source or device to determine if the issue is with the headset or the source.
- Avoid routing the headset cable near strong electromagnetic interference sources.
