1. Important Safety Information
Always read and understand all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations, and specifications provided with this power tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
General Power Tool Safety Warnings:
- Work Area Safety: Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling, or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use hearing protection when operating for extended periods. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts.
- Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
- Blade Safety: Ensure the blade is securely installed before operation. Do not touch the blade immediately after cutting as it may be hot.
- Dust Management: Connect dust extraction devices if provided. Dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.

Included Components:
- 1x WORKPRO 600W Jigsaw
- 7x T-shank Saw Blades (1 for metal, 6 for wood)
- 1x Guide Ruler
- 1x Dust Extraction Pipe
- 1x Allen Key
3. Setup Instructions
3.1. Blade Installation (Tool-Free)
- Ensure the jigsaw is unplugged from the power source.
- Locate the blade clamping lever on the front of the tool.
- Turn the clamping lever clockwise to open the blade clamp.
- Insert the T-shank saw blade fully into the blade holder, ensuring the teeth face forward.
- Release the clamping lever. It will automatically return to its original position, securing the blade. Gently pull on the blade to confirm it is firmly seated.

3.2. Attaching the Dust Extraction Pipe
The dust extraction pipe can be attached to the rear of the jigsaw's dust port. This allows for connection to a vacuum cleaner to minimize sawdust during operation.
3.3. Power Connection
Connect the jigsaw's power cord to a standard 230V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the power source matches the tool's voltage requirements.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Powering On/Off and Lock-On Function
- To turn the jigsaw ON, press the On/Off trigger switch.
- To turn the jigsaw OFF, release the On/Off trigger switch.
- For continuous operation, press the On/Off trigger switch and then press the lock-on button located on the side of the handle. Release the trigger, and the tool will continue to run.
- To disengage the lock-on function, press the On/Off trigger switch again.

4.2. Variable Speed Control
The jigsaw features 6 variable speed settings, allowing you to adjust the cutting speed based on the material and desired finish. The maximum speed is 3000 SPM.

Figure 4.2: Speed control dial and material recommendations.
- Position 1-4: Suitable for Plastic.
- Position 2-3: Suitable for Aluminum.
- Position 3-4: Suitable for Stainless Steel.
- Position 3-6: Suitable for Steel Plate.
- Position 5-6: Suitable for Wood.
4.3. 4 Orbital Settings
The orbital action allows the blade to move in an elliptical motion, providing faster cutting, especially in softer materials. Adjust the orbital setting using the dial on the side of the tool.

Figure 4.3: Orbital settings dial.
- Position 0: Straight Cut and Precise Cut (no orbital action). Ideal for fine cuts in wood, metal, and plastic.
- Position 1: Light Orbital Cut. Suitable for general cutting in wood and softer materials.
- Position 2: Medium Orbital Cut. For faster cutting in wood.
- Position 3: Aggressive Orbital Cut. For very fast, rough cutting in wood.
4.4. Bevel Cutting (0° to ±45°)
The base plate can be adjusted to make bevel cuts up to 45 degrees to the left or right. Use the included Allen key to loosen the screws on the base plate, adjust to the desired angle, and then tighten the screws securely.

Figure 4.4: Bevel cutting angle adjustment.
4.5. Dust Suction and Blowing Regulation
The jigsaw features a dust management switch to either blow dust away from the cutting line for better visibility or to enable suction for dust collection when connected to a vacuum.

Figure 4.5: Dust management switch for blowing or suction.
- Push Switch Backward: Activates dust suction (requires dust extraction pipe and vacuum).
- Push Switch Forward: Activates dust blowing, clearing the cutting line.
4.6. Using the Guide Ruler
The included guide ruler can be inserted into the slots on the base plate to assist in making straight cuts and maintaining consistent cutting distances from an edge.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your jigsaw.
- Cleaning: After each use, unplug the tool and use a dry cloth or soft brush to clean dust and debris from the ventilation openings and around the blade clamp area. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
- Blade Replacement: Replace dull or damaged blades promptly. Refer to Section 3.1 for blade installation instructions.
- Cord Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, cuts, or fraying. If damaged, have it repaired by a qualified technician.
- Storage: Store the jigsaw in a dry, secure location out of reach of children. Ensure the power cord is neatly coiled and not kinked.
6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your jigsaw.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Jigsaw does not start. | No power supply; Faulty power cord/plug; Defective switch. | Check power outlet and circuit breaker. Inspect power cord. If issues persist, contact customer support. |
| Poor cutting performance or rough edges. | Dull or incorrect blade for material; Incorrect speed/orbital setting; Forcing the tool. | Replace blade. Select appropriate blade, speed, and orbital setting. Allow the tool to do the work. |
| Excessive vibration. | Loose blade; Damaged blade; Worn internal components. | Ensure blade is securely installed. Replace blade if damaged. If problem persists, seek professional service. |
| Dust accumulation despite dust function. | Dust switch in wrong position; Dust port clogged; Vacuum not connected/working. | Check dust switch position. Clear dust port. Ensure vacuum is properly connected and operational. |
