To request service, a guest or patient simply presses the CALL button on the CS-M2 call button. The button will typically illuminate briefly to confirm the signal has been sent.

3.2 Receiving a Call

Calls are received on both the central display unit and the watch pagers.

  • Display Unit (CS-400D): The display will show the number or identifier of the calling button. It supports three display modes: single group, four groups, or eight groups simultaneously. The system can also broadcast the table number audibly.
  • Watch Pager (CS-200E): The watch pager will vibrate and display the calling number. The watch provides a vibration reminder only, without a ringtone.
