Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean the fan blades and grille. Ensure the fan is turned off before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth or a cotton swab to gently wipe away dust. Do not use water or any liquid cleaners directly on the fan.

2. Battery Care

The fan is powered by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. To prolong battery life:

  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Charge the fan regularly, even if not in constant use.
  • Store the fan in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

  • Fan not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the fan to a power source using the USB cable and try again.
  • Weak airflow: Check if the fan blades or grille are obstructed by dust or debris. Clean as per maintenance instructions. Ensure the fan is on a higher speed setting if more airflow is desired.
  • Fan not charging: Verify that the USB cable is securely connected to both the fan and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter.
  • Unusual noise: Turn off the fan and check for any foreign objects obstructing the blades. If the noise persists after ensuring no obstructions, contact customer support.
