  • Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys.

Battery Replacement:

When the keyboard's performance degrades or it stops responding, it may be time to replace the batteries. Follow the steps in the 'Setup' section for battery installation.

Storage:

Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard Not Responding:

  • Check Batteries: Ensure batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
  • Check Power Switch: Verify the keyboard's power switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • USB Receiver: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
  • Proximity: Make sure the keyboard is within the effective range of the USB receiver (typically up to 10 meters).
  • Interference: Move the keyboard away from other wireless devices or large metal objects that might cause interference.

Keys Not Functioning Correctly:

  • Clean Keys: Remove any debris or dust that might be obstructing the keys.
  • Re-establish Connection: Remove and re-insert the USB receiver.

Lag or Delayed Response:

  • Battery Level: Low battery power can cause performance issues. Replace batteries.
  • Wireless Interference: Reduce interference from other 2.4 GHz devices.
  • USB Port: Try connecting the receiver to a different USB port, preferably a direct port on the computer rather than a hub.
