3.3 Drainage Options
The dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal:
3.3.1 Manual Drainage (Water Tank)
- The unit will collect water in its internal water tank.
- When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate.
- Carefully remove the water tank, empty it, and reinsert it firmly into the unit.
3.3.2 Continuous Drainage (Drain Hose)
- For continuous operation without emptying the tank, attach the included drain hose to the continuous drain port on the back of the unit.
- Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity to drain the water to a suitable floor drain or large container.
- Do not allow the end of the hose to be submerged in water, as this can cause backflow.
