Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| No power/Device not turning on | Ensure the USB power adapter is securely plugged into a working outlet and the main unit. Check that the ON/OFF switch on the main unit is in the "ON" position. Verify that the game handles have fresh AAA batteries inserted correctly. |
| No display on TV/monitor | Confirm the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the AR Game Center Host and your display device. Ensure your TV/monitor input source is set to the correct HDMI port. Try a different HDMI port or cable if available. |
| Game handles not responding | Check the batteries in the game handles and replace them if necessary. Ensure the handles are within range of the main unit and there are no obstructions. Re-pair the handles with the main unit if applicable (refer to on-screen instructions for pairing). |
| Mat not detecting foot pressure | Ensure you are stepping firmly and directly on the designated areas of the dance mat. Check for any debris or foreign objects on the mat surface that might interfere with sensor detection. |
