Setup and Assembly

This grill requires assembly. The hardware package includes a spanner and screwdriver for convenience. Follow the steps below for proper setup.

Assembly:

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list (not provided in this document, refer to packaging).
2. Assemble the cart structure according to the diagrams provided in the original packaging.
3. Attach the side tables to the main grill unit.
4. Place the grill unit onto the assembled cart, ensuring the pre-installed spring-loaded toggle latches engage to secure it.
5. Install the cast iron cooking grates into the grill body.

Propane Tank Connection:

The grill includes a propane adapter hose for connecting 1 lb or 20 lb propane cylinders.

1. Ensure the grill control knob is in the 'OFF' position.
2. Connect the adapter hose to the grill's gas inlet.
3. Connect the other end of the adapter hose to your propane cylinder. Hand-tighten firmly.
4. Perform a leak test: Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. If a leak is detected, tighten the connection or replace the part. Do not operate the grill if a leak is present.

Operating Instructions

Pre-heating the Grill:

Before cooking, it is essential to preheat your grill to the desired temperature.

1. Ensure the propane tank is connected and the gas supply is open.
2. Push and turn the control knob to the 'HIGH' position. The integrated ignition will light the burner.
3. Close the grill lid.
4. Preheat the grill on MEDIUM/HIGH with the lid closed for approximately 15 minutes. In colder weather, extend the preheating time as needed.
5. Adjust the heat setting using the control knob to achieve your desired cooking temperature.

Cooking:

The annular burner tube ensures even heat distribution, allowing for consistent cooking across the 18.7 x 14-inch cooking grates.

• Place food directly on the preheated cast iron cooking grates.
• Monitor food and adjust temperature as necessary.
• Use the integrated thermometer on the lid to gauge internal grill temperature.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning the Cooking Grates:

1. After each use, while the grates are still warm, scrub them with a wire brush to remove food residue.
2. For deeper cleaning, remove the cast iron grates and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent rust.
3. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the grates after cleaning to season them and reduce food sticking.

Storage:
