- Always disconnect the vehicle's battery before performing any electrical work.
- Ensure all wiring connections are secure and properly insulated to prevent short circuits.
- Do not look directly into the LED lights when they are illuminated, as this may cause eye damage.
- Verify that the mounting location does not obstruct the driver's view or interfere with vehicle operation.
- Consult a professional if you are unsure about any part of the installation process.
5. Setup and Installation
This section provides general guidance for installing the LED light bar and pods. Specific steps may vary based on your vehicle's configuration. Professional installation is recommended.
5.1 Mounting Brackets Installation
The kit includes specific upper windshield mounting brackets for the 52-inch light bar and separate brackets for the 4-inch pods. These are designed for direct bolt-on installation on 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models, requiring no drilling.

5.3 Wiring Harness Connection
Connect the provided wiring harness to the LED light bar and pods. The harness includes a switch for controlling the lights. Route the wiring safely, away from moving parts and heat sources, and secure it with zip ties or clips. Connect the harness to your vehicle's 12V power source, ensuring proper grounding.
6. Operating Instructions
The LED light bar and pods are designed for off-road use to enhance visibility.
6.1 LED Light Bar Operation
The 52-inch LED light bar provides a combination of spot and flood beams for broad and long-distance illumination. Activate the light bar using the switch on the wiring harness.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your LED lighting system.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the lenses of the light bar and pods with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the lens.
- Inspection: Regularly check all mounting hardware for tightness. Inspect wiring for any signs of wear, fraying, or damage. Ensure all connections remain secure.
- Waterproof Integrity: The lights are rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. Ensure the waterproof rubber stopper at the joints remains intact to maintain this protection.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your LED lighting system, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Lights do not turn on | No power, loose connection, blown fuse, faulty switch | Check power source, inspect wiring connections, replace fuse, test switch functionality. |
| Lights flicker or dim | Poor ground connection, insufficient voltage, loose wiring | Ensure secure ground, verify 12V supply, tighten all electrical connections. |
| LED pods do not cycle modes correctly | Incorrect switch timing | Ensure switch presses are within 3 seconds to advance modes. If not, it will reset to white light. |
| Moisture inside lens | Compromised waterproof seal | Inspect rubber stoppers and seals for damage. Contact support if issue persists. |
