5. Setup

  1. Charge the Device: Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. Connect the USB cable to the device's Type-C charging port and a wall charger, power bank, or laptop. The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.
  2. Connect Lead Wires: Insert the electrode pads into the electrode lines.
  3. Attach Lead Wires to Device: Plug the lead wires into the A/B or C/D interface ports on the top of the Famidoc TENS unit.
  4. Apply Electrode Pads: Tear off the transparent film from the electrode pads and firmly stick them onto the desired treatment area on your body. Ensure skin is clean and dry for optimal adhesion.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the ON/OFF button on the device to turn it on.
  2. Select Program (TENS/EMS/Massage): Use the 'Setting Keys' button to cycle through TENS, MASS (Massage), and EMS programs.
  3. Select Mode: Press the 'Program Key' to select one of the 12 specific treatment modes within your chosen program. Icons on the display represent different body parts or massage types.
  4. Adjust Intensity: Use the A/B [+] and [-] buttons to control the intensity for Channel A/B, and the C/D [+] and [-] buttons for Channel C/D. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. The maximum intensity level is 40.
  5. Set Timer: Press the power button again (after initial power on) to enter the timer setting. Use the intensity buttons to adjust the therapy time between 10-60 minutes. The device will automatically power off after the set time.
  6. Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds (or wait 15 seconds) to turn off the device.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning Pads: After each use, gently wipe the adhesive side of the electrode pads with a damp cloth to remove any residue. Allow them to air dry completely before reattaching the protective film.
  • Storing Pads: Store the pads on their protective film in a sealed bag to prevent drying out and maintain adhesive quality. Replace pads when they lose their stickiness.
  • Cleaning Device: Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Storage: Store the device and accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
