Setup

1. Charging the Earphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case.

  1. Place both earphones into the charging case.
  2. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and then to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The indicator lights on the charging case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion or turn off.

A 10-minute rapid charge can provide approximately 2 hours of playback. The fully charged case provides multiple charges for the earphones, extending total playback time up to 35 hours.

2. Initial Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your earphones to a device for the first time:

  1. Open the charging case and remove both earphones. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
  3. Select "GLIDiC TW-6100" from the list of available devices.
  4. Once connected, a confirmation sound will play, and the indicator lights on the earphones may change.

3. Wearing the Earphones

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the correct eartip size and ensure a secure fit.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your GLIDiC TW-6100 earphones, try the following solutions:
